If you're new to yoga, we always recommend the Beginning Yoga class or the Yoga Flow class. Both classes offer a slower pace of yoga that's focused on form and technique. You'll still get in a good workout as you learn the basics!

We're located in beautiful Cliffside Park, NJ! We're on the second floor, just climb the stairs, take off your shoes, and come join us for a yoga class, pilates class, aerobics class or barre class.
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact workout that's perfect for strengthening and toning. It's performed on the Balanced Body Reformers (don't worry - we'll show you what to do!) Wear something comfortable that allows full range of motion and grip socks. Please do not come in regular socks or barefoot!
