About Us

Merrill Csuri works with business owners and leaders on the decisions, team dynamics, and turning points that shape where their business goes.

She runs Meandering Ventures, a business strategy, leadership coaching, and facilitation practice based in Bergen County. The work is industry-agnostic: Merrill supplies the process and structure; her clients supply the domain knowledge. Most of them already know what they should be working on. What they need is the structure and space to actually do it.

In practice, that looks like a few different things. Some clients bring her in to work with their leadership teams, using DISC behavioral assessments and group facilitation to give the team a shared language for how they communicate and make decisions. Independent professionals (financial advisors, attorneys, therapists) join the Practice Accelerator Series, a structured workshop program that builds the planning rhythm and accountability their practices are missing. Others work with her one-on-one when they need a thinking partner who knows their business and tells them the truth.

Before starting Meandering Ventures, she spent two decades across international development, public health, and tech startups, including nearly five years facilitating working groups at the United Nations, roles at National Geographic and the World Health Organization, and time as Chief of Staff and People Operations Director at early-stage companies.
